Are you a high-energy product manager with 10-15 years of professional experience building outstanding user experiences in the software industry? If so, this team could be for you. The Adobe Learning Manager team is looking to hire a Principal Product Manager. We are looking for a qualified candidate that has a keen interest and experience in developing SaaS products. Strong analytical communication skills will be needed to help develop strategies and ongoing business and product direction.
As a PM, you’ll translate ideas into vision and features and follow product development from start to finish. To succeed in this role, you should be an authority with a point of view as well as a strong doer.
Key Skills Required for this Role
Understanding of enterprise technology.
It is essential to understand how technology is used in the enterprise world to drive digital transformation. The candidate should be comfortable using cloud-based technology platforms and translating user stories to actual features. Be able to hold your own in a conversation with customers, sales, and engineering at all depths, from APIs to the user interface. Experience working on marketing technologies like AEM and CDP (Customer Data Platforms) would be a significant plus.
Scale and Reliability
Author user stories that cater to very large enterprises with millions of end users. Aspects of scale, concurrency, and reliability are front and center to a SaaS platform, and as a product manager, you should be able to take care of complexities in these aspects.
AI/ML Knowledge
Good understanding and hands-on exposure to AI/ML. Ability to identify use cases that lend themselves to being reimagined in the fast-paced world of AI/Gen AI, narrow down to the right ML techniques, training sets, and test harness that would eventually result in significant value for the end customer.
Customer Advocacy
Serve as a customer advocate, capture feedback from customers, analyze usage patterns, and see opportunities to improve customer happiness, retention, and lifetime value.
What you will get
• An environment where you are the decision maker.
• This is an outstanding organization wherein a global product is being driven out of Bangalore. As part of this team, you will have direct access to customers, sales/customer success leaders, marketing heads, designers, and a super-talented, colocated engineering team.
