Carefree Home Sold Realty is hiring a full-time English-speaking Realtor for our Core Outside Sales Agent (OSA) track, offering:
First-priority access to ready-to-act appointments
A guarantee of at least 8 qualifying transactions within the applicable 12-month performance period
Intensive, hands-on conversion training with ready-to-use scripts, presentations and proven workflows—helping agents turn leads into appointments and appointments into signed clients
Access to our high-quality Leads Pond—generated through our own content and paid marketing, not purchased or scraped lists—at a 50/50 split
