Front Office and Accounts Executive:
We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Front Office and Accounts Executive to join our Team
• Handling daily patient inflow.
• Maintaining the daily patient visit records
• Maintaining daily cash inflow in the front desk.
• Maintaining the prescriptions and the next visit dates in the system.
• Guiding the patient as per the scheduled appointment.
• Co-ordination with the doctors and therapists, manage their calendars, and set the appointments accordingly.
• Coordination with the doctors and guide the patents for further assessments or interventions that might be required
• Cash collection, coordination with the accounts team, and handover the daily collections including the details of online transactions on a daily basis.
• Collect reviews and ratings from every patient regarding our services and convey the same to the operations & marketing department.
• Follow-up of the already visited patients for next appointment dates.
• Handling client grievances and taking necessary steps to resolve the issue with proper coordination among the stakeholders.
• Maintaining the cash outflow from the front desk.
• Coordination with the admin department regarding the front office infra and managing daily operations.
• Ensuring the compilation of assessment reports and their timely delivery and archival.
Requirements & Criteria
• Calling & Answering patient's phone calls and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
• Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
• Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
• Female candidate preferred.
• Age up to 30 yrs
• Must be soft spoken, enthusiastic with positive attitude and good patience.
• Excellent communication and writing skill in English, Hindi and local language.
• Should be proficient in MS-Word, MS-Excel.
