We are hiring admin executive for our company location in coimbatore.

Rolls Responsibilities:
• Office management: Overseeing the day-to-day activities of administrative assistants, managing office supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
• Event planning: Scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and booking meeting rooms  Document management: Managing confidential company documents, creating and updating office policies, and maintaining office correspondence.
• Reporting: Creating and presenting reports on expenses, budgets, and other topics  Staff support: Providing support to employees and clients, monitoring staff performance, and handling disciplinary issues.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
• Communication: Answering phone calls, handling complaints, and greeting visitors. * Technology: Operating copy equipment, fax machines, and printers.
• Budgeting: Assisting in the preparation of the operating budget and maintaining budgetary controls.
• Project management: Overseeing administrative operations related to project planning and management .
• Staff recruitment: Collaborating with human resources on staff recruitment and training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:
• Performance bonus

Experience:
• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
