About Us
Studio Hon is a welcoming and professional tattoo studio in Saskatoon. We specialise in fine line, floral, anime, black and grey, and custom tattoo styles.
We are looking for a reliable and experienced receptionist who can provide excellent customer service and help keep our studio organised and running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Welcome clients in a warm and professional manner
Manage appointments and inquiries through Instagram, email and our booking system
Provide information about tattoo preparation, aftercare and studio policies
Communicate with artists regarding schedules and client details
Process payments and maintain basic records
Keep the reception and common areas organised
Support studio opening and closing routines
Create simple social media content and assist with Instagram
Handle client concerns and unexpected situations calmly and professionally
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, reception, hospitality or administration is strongly preferred
Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service or client facing experience is preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
Reliable, responsible and consistent
Able to work independently and use good judgement
Comfortable handling different client situations professionally
Proactive and able to recognise what needs to be done without constant direction
Comfortable using Instagram, email and basic office tools
Comfortable creating simple social media content
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Schedule
Monday to Wednesday
Approximately 22 to 25 hours per week
Regular shift: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Specific scheduling details will be discussed during the interview.
