We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Front Desk cum Customer Relationship Manager (CRM). In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients visiting our center, providing exceptional customer service while also managing client relationships to ensure a positive and enriching experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Duties:

Greet clients warmly as they arrive at the center and assist them with check-in procedures.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Schedule appointments for various services, including Ayurvedic treatments, therapies, and consultations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area and reception area.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty to the center.
Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, providing information about services, packages, and pricing.
Collect and update client information in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Follow up with clients to gather feedback on their experiences and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate with other departments within the center to ensure seamless communication and collaboration in delivering exceptional customer service.
Administrative Support:

Assist with administrative tasks such as processing payments, managing invoices, and maintaining records.
Prepare and distribute promotional materials and newsletters to clients to promote center offerings and events.
Assist in coordinating and scheduling workshops, events, and special programs offered by the center.
Qualifications:

Any Graduate or Post Graduate
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling appointments and managing client information.
Knowledge of holistic wellness principles and practices, particularly in Ayurveda, yoga, or meditation, is preferred but not required.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive and welcoming environment for clients.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
