HR Recruiter/ Sales Team Leader Agency Partner (Freelancing Job) 🏡 Work From Home 🇮🇳 Apply from Anywhere in India 📌 Key Responsibilities: • Recruit new Insurance Advisors. • Generate Insurance Sales through your team. 💰 Monthly Salary: Rs. 3,000 to Rs. 75,000 Monthly 💸 Commission : • 9% – 30% Commission on Team Sales • 45% – 50% Commission on Self Business Incentive : • Rs. 1,500 Bonus Per Recruitment • Rs. 5000 Flast Off Bonus Per Advisor • Rs 5,000 to Rs 32,000 PDI Bonus Per Advisor 📋 Eligibility Criteria : • Minimum 12th Pass • Age: 25 Years • Insurance Sales Experience Preferred If you don't have any work experience or you are under age , You can join as an Insurance Advisor .
