About the job:
Key responsibilities:
1. Plan, launch, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.
2. Manage landing page, click-to-WhatsApp (CTWA), and instant form campaigns.
3. Build effective campaign structures, audience strategies, budgets, and testing plans.
4. Optimise for lead quality and business outcomes, not only cost per lead.
5. Collaborate with designers on creative angles, hooks, ad copy, and testing briefs.
6. Analyse campaign performance and prepare reports with clear, actionable insights.
7. Coordinate with CRM and sales teams to identify and improve funnel bottlenecks.
8. Use AI tools for research, copywriting, reporting, and campaign optimisation.
