Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Lesson Planning: Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned (CBSE/ICSE/State) Hindi lessons focusing on grammar, literature, reading, and writing skills.
Assessments: Design creative assignments, quizzes, and term exams, tracking and recording student progress.
Student Mentorship: Manage classroom behavior positively, support remedial learning, and mentor students.
Extracurricular Involvement: Assist in organizing cultural events, Hindi Diwas, debates, and school assemblies.
Parent Communication: Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student growth and performance.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Hindi and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from a recognized university.
Certifications: CTET or State Teacher Eligibility Test qualification is often mandatory.
Skills: Excellent command of the Hindi language, strong interpersonal skills, patience, and basic computer literacy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
