About Voicegain Casey
Voicegain Casey is a
Generative AI Voice Agent for healthcare call centers , helping health plans and TPAs replace legacy IVRs with fully conversational, AI-powered voice experiences and integrating AI into the entire lifecycle of the customer journey.
The Casey AI Voice Agent automates high-volume and routine customer service calls (claims status, eligibility, benefits) and the Casey AI Co-Pilot augments the human call center agents in real time by monitoring the live agent-caller conversation and providing AI suggestions and summaries. We also provide deep Generative-AI analytics like CSAT, NPS, Sentiment and QA Score across all voice interactions —driving
lower costs, faster resolution, and better member experience .
We are an
AI-first, product-led company with strong US market focus , and we're now building our
foundational marketing team starting in India .
About the Role
We're hiring a
Founding Content Marketer in India
to build and scale our content engine from zero.
This is not a typical 'content writer' role. You will:
Own
messaging, positioning, and content strategy
Work directly with
founders and US-based GTM team
Build content that
drives pipeline in the US healthcare market
You'll operate with high autonomy and be expected to think like a
mini-CMO for content .
What You'll Do
1. Own messaging for a US B2B audience
Translate a technically complex product into
clear, compelling narratives
Write for:
US healthcare buyers (health plans, TPAs)
Contact center and operations leaders
Build messaging around:
Replacing old legacy IVR with conversational AI voice agents
Augmenting human call center agents with real-time AI assistance
Improving member experience by instrumenting AI into the customer journey
ROI (cost reduction, CSAT, automation rates)
2. Create high-quality, high-impact content
Write and ship:
Blogs (SEO + thought leadership)
Case studies (data-driven, ROI-focused)
Landing pages and website copy
Email campaigns
Sales enablement assets
Turn product features into
real-world use cases
