Hiring Founder’s Office – Finance (CA) Mumbai (On-site)
We are hiring a Chartered Accountant (1–2 years PQE) to join the Founder’s Office of a fast-growing, technology-led company in the manufacturing & consumer/lifestyle space. The company is focused on transforming traditional processes through technology, data, and operational excellence.
This is a high-visibility role offering direct exposure to leadership, financial strategy, and core business operations.The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support strategic financial decision-making while ensuring robust financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Accounting
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
• Prepare accurate financial statements and MIS reports
• Monitor general ledger entries, reconciliations, and accounting records
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal policies
Taxation & Compliance
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings on a timely basis
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and financial reporting requirements
• Coordinate with consultants and authorities for assessments and notices
Audit & Controls
• Support internal and statutory audits by preparing schedules and documentation
• Coordinate with auditors and close audit queries efficiently
• Strengthen internal controls and recommend process improvements
Business Finance Support
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Support management with financial insights for decision-making
• Track business performance metrics and highlight key risks/opportunities
What we’re looking for:
• Qualified CA with 1–2 years PQE
• Strong understanding of accounting, taxation, and compliance
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, formulas)
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (Tally / SAP / Oracle / Zoho or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
