Business Support Finance Lead
London, W2 6BD - Full time - Fixed term

We're on the lookout for a dedicated and dynamic Food Services Business Support Lead ready to make an impact and help us drive excellence and innovation every day.
As a Food Services Business Support Lead, you'll:
Deliver and oversee an administration function supporting the Food Services IFM across all UK sites, ensuring consistent application of Sodexo financial processes.
Assist the Account Manager by preparing accurate monthly financial results, process improvement documentation, and supporting budget, forecast, and RO delivery.
Develop and maintain a proactive financial and data analyst model to support contract growth, including trend analysis, benchmarking, and variance reporting.
Prepare and present detailed, accurate reports for Sodexo and client stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with Sodexo ethical standards and accounting procedures.
Provide financial support and training to UK sites, addressing payroll processing, month-end reporting, and identifying/correcting financial non-compliance.
Collaborate with Commercial Finance Managers, Account Managers, and Accounts Payable to resolve invoice issues, improve contract performance, and manage financial reconciliations.
What we're looking for:
Strong financial and supply management skills with the ability to challenge and influence for best practice implementation.
Methodical and process-driven approach, demonstrating excellent attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP and Power BI is desirable.
Currently studying towards a professional accountancy qualification (ACCA/CIMA), showing commitment to professional development.
Resilient and determined, able to work flexibly across the UK while managing competing deadlines and priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering accurate forecasts and budgets, analyzing data to identify key focus areas, and leading collaborative outcomes.
Skilled in building strong relationships across all levels, from site staff to senior management and client stakeholders, always seeking win/win solutions.
