Job description Create an NC report and a daily purchasing report. Visit the outlets on a regular basis to audit the inventory. Find and fix any irregularities in the cash audit. Create reports on outlet visits and investigate any deviations. Assist outlets with the daily entry of purchases. Take part in the central store inventory at the conclusion of each month. During outlet visits, keep an eye on recent KOT cancellations and adjustments. Rechecking of non-availability of liquor and that the holding date has passed. We inquire as to whether there has been a significant (expensive) purchase of any goods. In the event of excessive spoiling, request a valid explanation.
