Qualification- Any Graduate, MBA Marketing preferred

Experience- 2-3 years (Fresher with excellent communication skills also welcome)

Job Description-

- Identify and On-board new clients through proactive outreach efforts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing personalized service and support to address their investment needs and objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive client needs assessments to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences, and recommend suitable mutual fund products and solutions.
- Educate customers on the product benefits
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews with clients to evaluate their investment goals, risk tolerance, and financial needs.
- Implement timely portfolio adjustments and rebalancing strategies to optimize portfolio performance and manage risk.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes impacting the mutual fund industry
- Offering prompt service to clients – resolve queries, complete service requests, email reports, etc.
- Meeting clients for completion of investments and any follow-ups
- Diligently operate an investment software to tally transactions and handle customer investment data
- Ongoing administrative work
