Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design and project management, with proficiency in various design software. This role involves collaborating with clients to develop innovative design solutions that meet their needs while adhering to project timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for design projects.
Create detailed design plans using software such as Revit, 3ds Max, and Adobe.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
Conduct site visits to assess spaces for renovation and lighting design opportunities.
Prepare presentations and proposals for clients, showcasing design concepts and materials.
Utilize Bluebeam for project documentation and coordination with contractors.
Work closely with construction teams to ensure designs are accurately implemented during the build phase.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies relevant to interior design.
Requirements

Proven experience in interior design or a related field.
Proficiency in Revit, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and budgets effectively.
Knowledge of lighting design principles and renovation processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
A portfolio showcasing previous design projects is highly desirable.
