Job Description

Hiring going on in captive MNC @Gurugram in Finance Domain
• Review of Working capital reporting and analysis for Enterprise CFU.
• Review of AICC and timely follow-up and closure for aged AICC.
• Develops and influences financial and business unit strategy of

Enterprise business.
• Ensure smooth period end close for the Enterprise.
• Manage and control all forecasting activities (monthly outlook and MTP

cycles)
• Ensure compliances with Business partner, Review Controls, sign offs
• Owns relationship with and influences at DR to CFU’s CFO (Exec) level
• Likely to have financial accountability for greater unit size / value.
• Typical personal financial accountability for business unit
• Support GFSS and Finance Transformation in reviewing simplification/

standardisation of current work by applying best practices and intelligent

tool sets

Functional Knowledge

∙Sufficient knowledge of industry skills to make an impact, including non-financial skills (e.g. process telecommunications, contracts)

∙Understanding of Enterprise business is preferred.

∙Significant knowledge of wide financial process and specific financial systems to manage timelines, system issues and requirements

∙Contributes towards the development of and achievement of Business unit / finance strategy / pan function strategy in specialist unit.

∙Drives financial performance and gives financial guidance to senior leadership teams and guides more junior roles

Advises and coaches on financial policy and practices that support long term goals

Complexity of Role
• Manages transformation complexity with ownership for delivery of key business unit specific organisation-wide finance programmes
• Sets agendas, identifies opportunities and drives best practice and provides insight on finance work area(s) or specialism
• Ownership and delivery of planning, facilitation and completion of FD sponsored finance programmes (or sponsors/guides

substantial components of smaller scale programmes)
• Responsible for full financials of a component, customer(s) and /or supplier(s) or complex specialist function.
• May deal with complexity of multiple reporting systems & methods (e.g. UK & global)
• Personally accountable for financial performance

Client and Stakeholder Management
• Responsibility for building and maintaining strong senior manager level relationships both internally and externally with customers,

suppliers or other major bodies
• Educates, supports and challenges senior managers /senior stakeholders and is considered a strategic business partner
• Directly influences senior management thinking (typically VP/Director level - Exec) and is an agent of change

Authority Decision-Making and level of Independent Working
• May have financial authority for business unit (e.g. controller for standalone business unit) / financial approval for bids & tenders or capital investment decisions
• Personally accountable for application (leading design & implementation) of appropriate financial accounting policies and processes, may lead financial management and control of contracts
• Works with high level of authority, guidance sought only in high risk circumstances and resolves complex issues unguided and across CFU boundaries
• Likely to have operational ownership of key programmes
• Advisor and coach to more junior roles

Requirements
• Candidates with BBA/BCOM/MBA/CMA/CA can apply with min 3 years of experience in Finance domain (Invoicing & Pricing).
• Fully qualified accountant / Further qualification to support specialism (.e.g. CIMA, ACCA, IIA, CISA, ACT, CTA, MCT, IR Society Certificate or equivalent) or exceptionally equivalent experience in lieu of qualification
• Has an advanced level of skill to work on MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Experience with dealing with Senior Finance & Non-Finance Stake-Holders.
• Excellent management accounting and financial planning and analysis Skills.
• Carries out sensitivity analysis around uncertainties. Responds positively to changes in timescales, requirements and scope

BenefitsSalary for P&I : Level E - (3 - 7 yrs) - hike on last drawn upto 18 LPA

Level D - (8 - 12 yrs) - hike on last drawn upto 27 LPA

Salary for R2R: Level F - upto 6.5 lpa

Level E - upto 18 lpa

Level D - upto 27 lpa

Other benefits: Both way cab + Incentives + IJP
