Finance & Compliance Associate
Location: Hyderabad, India
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Job Summary
We are hiring a Finance & Compliance Associate to support financial reporting, audit, compliance, and finance operations. The ideal candidate is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience and a strong understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and review financial statements.
• Support statutory, internal, and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders and finance teams.
• Assist in financial reporting and month-end/year-end closing activities.
• Support international tax, transfer pricing, and compliance initiatives.
• Perform financial analysis and process improvements.
• Maintain financial records and documentation.
Requirements
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 2–5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in Audit, Assurance, Financial Reporting, or Finance.
• Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of IFRS is preferred.
• Exposure to GCC taxation is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days.
• Experience with Big 4, consulting firms, multinational companies, or shared service centers is preferred.
