Job Title: Finance - Banking, Payments & Treasury
Location: Chembur (On-site, Full-Time)
Experience: CA Inter / M.Com / B.Com with 4+ years of relevant experience
Working hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
Banking & Treasury
• Manage daily banking operations including fund transfers, bank reconciliations,
and cash flow tracking.
• Prepare and monitor daily/weekly fund flow statements to ensure optimum
working capital usage.
• Handle treasury operations such as loan repayments, interest calculations, and
surplus fund placements.
• Liaise with banks for account opening, KYC updates, and compliance
requirements.
Payments & Vendor Management
• Process vendor, employee, and statutory payments with accuracy and
timeliness.
• Maintain payment trackers and reconcile outstanding payables.
• Ensure documentation and records are audit-ready.
Cash Flow & Reporting
• Assist in cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis.
• Prepare MIS reports related to banking, payments, and treasury for management
review.
• Support month-end closure and reconciliations.
Compliance & Controls
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and controls across banking and
payments.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors and provide required documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
• CA Inter / M.Com / B.Com (or equivalent commerce/finance qualification) with
4+ years of experience in banking, payments, or treasury.
• Strong working knowledge of banking operations, fund flow, and payment
processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems (Zoho, Tally, or similar).
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory payments preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
