Job Description
Due to continued growth, we have a fab opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join the Smart Pack team in Kelvin Grove, Palmerston North. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will assist in bank reconciliations and all aspects of AR & AP, from invoicing customers, entering supplier invoices, monthly reporting and general administrative duties.
You will be responsible for three separate divisions of our business, so you need to be switched on. You will be methodical by nature, have great communication skills (both written and verbal) and work well with others to get things across the line. You will have a high level of accuracy and thrive under pressure.
Ideally you will have some practical experience in accounts but more importantly, you will have a great attitude and be the sort who is willing to jump in when someone needs assistance or when deadlines are looming. You're a "can do, will do" sort of person.
