About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Field Sales Representative to join their team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu . This on-site role is centered around building strong relationships with industrial clients, understanding their product needs, and driving sales of our client's high-quality industrial products. You will be responsible for territory management, conducting on-site client visits, product demonstrations, and closing sales to achieve ambitious targets. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a field-based environment, actively engaging with customers throughout Coimbatore and surrounding areas. This position requires a commitment to in-person client interaction and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a designated sales territory, focusing on industrial clients. Conduct regular face-to-face visits with clients to understand their needs and present solutions. Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively, tailored to client requirements. Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure sales agreements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for industrial products. Requirements Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative or similar sales role, preferably in industrial sectors. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to manage time effectively and plan daily routes for client visits. Must possess a valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle for travel. Knowledge of industrial products and markets is highly desirable.
