Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned retail stores, optical shops, and prospective dealers on a daily basis.
Present and demonstrate Voyage Eyewear products using tray bags/sample kits.
Generate new business opportunities and onboard new retail partners.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat orders.
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Conduct market surveys and gather competitor insights.
Ensure proper product placement and visibility at retail outlets.
Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and timely deliveries.
Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to the reporting manager.
Follow up on payments and outstanding dues from customers.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Prior experience in field sales, FMCG, fashion accessories, optical, or consumer products is preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR.
Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and reporting applications.
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B sales and dealer/distributor management.
Understanding of the eyewear, fashion, or optical industry.
Ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into customers.
Strong customer service orientation.
