Procare's Factual Investigation Division are seeking Factual Investigators knowledgeable in Workers Compensation and CTP investigations to join our expanding team in Canberra! As a Factual Investigator your day is designed by you - this role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day!

We have full time, casual and contractor roles available for skilled Factual Investigators.

The Role:
Attend various locations, predominantly within Canberra and a proportion of work across ACT;
Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner;
Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties; and
Prepare and draft factual reports.
About You:
Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current and valid Investigator Licences;
Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle;
Experience conducting Workers Compensation and/or CTP investigations is preferred;
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Strong attention to detail and are self-motivated to meet deadlines.
If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and have relevant insurances.
