Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and experienced Servers to join our dynamic food and beverage team! As an Experienced Server, you will be the face of exceptional hospitality, delivering memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. Your expertise in food service, guest relations, and sales will ensure every guest feels valued and leaves eager to return. Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations
Maintain food safety standards by adhering to sanitation, food handling, and food preparation protocols
Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Server in fine dining or high-volume restaurant environments
Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
Culinary experience or background in food preparation is highly desirable
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest rapport quickly
Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation practices in the food industry
Previous host/hostess or nightclub serving experience is a plus but not required
Ability to perform basic math for cashiering and cash handling tasks confidently
