We have an exciting opportunity to join our new Columbus Cafe at the New MEGA Papamoa.
We are looking for 2 superstar Baristas / FOH
We are looking for passionate hospitality stars who are keen to join the team at Columbus MEGA Hornby to fill part time barista/FOH positions on Sun/Mon or Sat/Mon.
Our people are full of personality, work hard, and most of all enjoy coming to work in a high energy, friendly team!
The successful person will:
Have experience working in a fast-paced cafe as a Barista
Have pretty slick cafe and customer service skills
Be keen and willing to learn our way of making coffee
Love talking to customers about anything and everything
Come in every day with an awesome vibe and ready to work
Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency
Have excellent attention to detail
Be reliable and punctual – we depend on each other as a team
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene at all times
What You’ll Bring
Passionate about coffee
Solid experience in a high-volume cafe
A sharp eye for presentation and portion consistency
Calm, organised and clear communication under pressure
Reliability, speed and a genuine love of quality
About the Role
This position is 40 hours per week, working 5 days over a 7 day roster. including a weekend day.
Shifts will vary from 7am - 5pm to deliver top-notch coffee.
