Located within the luxurious setting of The Calile Hotel on James Street, SK Steak and Oyster, and Sushi Room are restaurants offering world-class dining experiences. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our authentic menus, wine list and signature cocktails.
We are passionate about the individuals who join our team and provide detailed training to set all members of our team up to be successful in their roles.
The ideal team member at ST Albans will have:
An enthusiastic nature about themselves and joining our team
Have previous experience within a high quality, fast-paced fine dining restaurant environment
Have previous experience in customer service but be open to adapting to providing the kind of unique service that can only be delivered at our venues
Be passionate about the hospitality industry and putting the guests at the heart of everything you do
Have current Queensland RSA certificate or be willing to obtain one
What’s in it for you:

Flexible rostering based on your availability. Please note we do require you to be available at least one day over the weekend
