About the role
Citizens Advice East End provides information, advice and advocacy services in the London Boroughs of Hackney, Newham Tower Hamlets.

These roles will support the delivery of high-quality, client-focused advice across a range of areas, including welfare benefits, debt, housing, employment, and immigration (depending on experience and service requirements).

We are looking for individuals who:

Have demonstrable experience providing generalist or specialist advice (for experienced roles) or are actively working toward full CITA accreditation (for trainee roles).

Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and workload management skills.

Are committed to delivering high standards of service and working in line with Citizens Advice values.

Can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced advice setting.
