The 112 Restaurant, a long-standing favourite inside the Regent Hotel, is hiring an Executive Chef to lead a high-volume kitchen and oversee a culinary team of up to 30 staff.
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings creativity to the table, and upholds the highest standards in food quality, kitchen operations, and team leadership.
What You’ll Do:
Manage daily kitchen operations and scheduling
Design and execute seasonal, innovative menus
Hire, train, and lead a team of cooks and support staff
Control food costs, inventory, and waste
Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards
Work closely with ownership and management on performance goals
What You Bring:
Proven experience as Executive Chef or Head Chef
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for food and culinary innovation
Experience managing budgets, inventory, and kitchen systems
Red Seal Certification or equivalent experience preferred
