Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented atmosphere.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available.
Engage with customers, providing friendly service and recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders.
Monitor customer consumption of alcohol, ensuring responsible service at all times.
Participate in ongoing training related to food safety, beverage preparation, and customer service best practices.
Qualifications

Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and beverage trends.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
Proficient in cash handling and familiar with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
Understanding of food handling practices and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated during busy shifts.
Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances customer interactions.
