Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring proper documentation and follow-ups.
Handle correspondence by drafting emails, letters, and reports on behalf of the executive.
Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting agendas as required.
Screen phone calls, inquiries, and requests, and handle them when appropriate.
Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Support in event coordination, project management, and administrative tasks.
Manage expense reports and budget tracking for the executive's office.
Handle administration-related tasks such as office operations, facility management, travel arrangements, and vendor coordination.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the executive and organizational goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
