Executive Assistance to Director

Looking for an executive assistant to director who will be in important role in providing administration support, coordination with accounts, finance and sales. Key responsibilities include, but will not be limited to the following

Responsibilities

Executive assistant will be required to interact with people who are strategically important to the organisation
High degree of confidence and professionalism is must.
Support in effective performance in administrative and information need.
Maintain schedule and arrange travel needs.
Getting MIS and follow ups
Collecting and preparing reports in excel/ppt/web search
Handling social media etc.

Requirements:

MBA/Ca (Inter)/Or Similar
Excellent Working Knowledge of Tally, Microsoft Applications and Understanding of Financial Spreadsheet.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills
Minimum 5 Years in Similar Field and Responsibilities.
Time-management skills
Ability to pay attention to detail
Organization skills
Ability to multitask
