Roles and Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for complete HR and Admin activities of the company with an employee strength of about 250+ employees and + work locations.

This is a Corporate office based job but the candidate should be open for travel to other locations on need basis.

The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of employee management.

The candidate will report to the Management for All the admin activities relating to-Company owned vehicle management,office administration,travel management,office relocation,facility management of various offices and so on.

Recruitment Sourcing, Interview Scheduling,On Boarding and Induction Process.

Drafting and Implementation of HR related policies.

HR resource training and development.

Payroll processing,Statutory Compliances,Bank Coordination and related thereto. Read more
