We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our client.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing schedules, and handling correspondence with professionalism and discretion.

Duties
Manage and maintain senior calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently
Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
Coordinate meetings on behalf of senior management, including contacting clients, service providers, and potential partners to arrange appointments and follow-ups
Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, screening and directing enquiries as appropriate
Support marketing activities, including assisting with promotional materials, client communications, social media updates, email campaigns, and event coordination
Assist with organising meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
Support general administrative functions such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering office supplies
Liaise with internal teams and external contacts to facilitate effective communication across departments
Accompany senior management to meetings, events, or business visits when required
Provide flexible ad hoc support as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree minimum
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good phone etiquette and professional communication skills
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Professional, trustworthy, discreet, and reliable
Ambitious, proactive, and interested in developing within the company
