Key Responsibilities
• Make calls to patients/beneficiaries for follow-ups, feedback, verification, or
• Attend patient calls and resolve queries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, queries, feedback, and actions taken in the excel.
• Provide clear and concise information to patient regarding eye testing/camps.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and meet service quality standards.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
• Ensure data confidentiality and follow organizational communication protocols.

• Excellent verbal communication (Hindi).

• Confidence and clarity while speaking on calls.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM entry).
Qualifications
• Minimum Graduation preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in tele-calling/BPO/customer service.
