Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Jaipur.
Executive Assistant to Founder | Luxury Weddings, Events & Hospitality
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client communication and follow-ups
- Coordination with hotels, vendors, and internal teams
- Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation
- Managing day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Ensuring seamless execution of projects and deadlines
- Calendar, meeting, and travel management
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, Canva and Organising and Presentation tools
- Discreet, dependable, and solution-oriented
- Prior experience as an EA, coordinator, or similar role preferred
- Events Experience
