We are a Vancouver-based biopharmaceutical RD company focused on the development and commercialization of botanical-based medical devices, herbal medicine, and health supplements. Our products have successfully entered North American and Asian markets and are rapidly expanding globally.

Duties

Assist with basic bookkeeping and report compilation
Organize company administrative documents and facilitate interdepartmental communication
Handle general administrative tasks, document organization, and office support
Support guest reception and internal communications
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and provide daily work support
Prepare presentation materials, compile meeting notes, and manage correspondence
Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in finance or administrative roles; experience in a publicly listed company is a plus
Proficient in both English and Chinese, capable of handling basic external communication
Proactive, with strong learning ability and a collaborative spirit
