BONOMI is a fast-growing coffee-first grab-and-go brand, passionate about creating unique experiences around coffee and beverages. We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to drive our event participation and in-house curated events to build stronger customer connections.
Key Responsibilities
• Event Scouting Planning:
• Identify and evaluate relevant events, flea markets, and pop-ups across Bangalore.
• Build a calendar of high-impact events and collaborations.
• Curation of BONOMI Events:
• Plan and execute in-house BONOMI events such as tasting sessions, workshops, and brand experiences.
• Bring creative ideas to craft unique brand-led experiences that align with BONOMI’s positioning.
• Event Operations Execution:
• Handle end-to-end event logistics including vendor management, permissions, equipment, staffing, and on-ground execution.
• Ensure smooth setup and operations during events with strong attention to timelines and brand presentation.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with cafe operations, marketing, supply chain, and design teams to deliver successful events.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all event-related internal and external communication.
• Post-event Analysis:
• Track event performance, generate reports, and gather insights to refine future event strategies.

Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in event management within the food beverage / QSR / hospitality sector.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle operational challenges and think on your feet.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Location: Must be based in Bangalore; this is an on-ground, in-office role.
• Work Schedule: 6-day working week with flexibility to work weekends and evenings during events.
