Location: Perth, Edinburgh or Glasgow – the role will be Perth based

Fixed term contract – 2 years

Salary: circa £32,000

We are currently recruiting for an Events Coordinator to join our office in Perth. As this role requires in person presence in our Perth office, having a driver’s licence and the ability to drive is highly desirable for this role.

A bit about the job:

As Events Coordinator at our Perth office, you would provide support and assistance in the organisation of a series of Leadership Training Programmes. You will be responsible for a number of exciting tasks, such as planning and executing events / offsites / Leadership events, managing delegate registration platforms as well as co-ordinating travel and accommodation for event attendees. You will be managing onsite event logistics, supporting and delivering events on company premises as well as externally when required while ensuring best practice is followed in terms of cost savings, sustainability and propriety.

• Strong communicator - oral and written
• Organised and diligent with an eye for detail
• Capable of multi-tasking working at pace
• Energetic enthusiastic brand ambassador
• Resilience - calm approach and works well under pressure

• Salary circa £32,000 - depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
