Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with various vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure all event details are handled efficiently.
Provide on-site event support, including managing schedules, handling guest requests, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients, always keeping their goals and satisfaction at the forefront.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during events.
Support in post-event evaluations and debriefs to improve future events.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in event coordination or hospitality is a plus but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
A passion for creating memorable experiences for clients.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as event schedules require.
