The Restaurant/Event Supervisor is responsible for ensuring an exceptional dining and event experience that meets or exceeds guest expectations. This hands-on role oversees restaurant operations and event execution from start to finish, including setup, service, and breakdown. The Supervisor also supports and trains the banquet and restaurant team. manages inventory, and ensures a high level of service throughout all food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction.
Execute events from start to finish, including setup, décor, guest service, bartending, and teardown.
Ensure all guest orders are processed accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation in collaboration with kitchen and bar staff.
Supervise, schedule, and train the banquet and service teams.
Provide bartending service as required during events and busy restaurant hours.
Respond promptly to guest concerns or special requests to ensure a positive experience.
Enforce health and safety regulations and company standards.
Complete shift reports, cash-outs, and other administrative duties as required.
Lead by example with a hands-on, proactive approach to service.
Must have 1 year in supervisory role experience, smart serve, food safety handling certificate.
