Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of educators, ensuring that educational programs are delivered to a high standard. They will work closely with our Centre Director to develop and implement programs that meet the needs of young children. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to delivering high-quality care and education.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care.
Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the needs of young children.
Work closely with our Centre Director to develop and implement programs that meet the needs of young children.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
A current/valid Working With Children's Check (WWC) and First Aid Certificates.
Previous experience as an Early Childhood Education Specialist or similar role.
