Job Title: Event Operations Production Manager
Location: Bhubaneswar
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Work Days: 6 Days a Week
Salary: Open to Budget (Based on Experience Skills)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Operations Production Manager to join our Bhubaneswar branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event execution, production planning, vendor coordination, and on-ground management. You will play a key role in ensuring that every event is executed smoothly and meets client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end operations for events – from pre-production to execution and post-event closure
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination
• Oversee event setup, logistics, technical requirements, and on-site management
• Prepare and manage production schedules, material requirements, and vendor bookings
• Ensure quality control, timely execution, and cost-effective production processes
• Handle on-ground team management and troubleshoot issues during events
• Maintain a database of reliable vendors, suppliers, and production partners
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, event timelines, and client specifications

Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in event operations or production
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lead teams and work under pressure during tight timelines
• Flexibility to travel and work during weekends/events when required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning tools is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
