Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
● Search and find banquet halls for events.
● Search classes, stage, backdrop, AV, and music vendors.
● Coordinate the full event flow with the banquet hall.
● Coordinate food arrangements with the banquet.
● Visit venues before the seminar or event day.
● Manage event setup at the banquet hall.
● Handle event coordination on the event day.
● Make event invoices and collect bills from the banquet hall.
● Keep photos and videos of every event and banquet hall setup.
● Send and receive emails for all banquet bookings and event setups.
● Negotiate rates with banquet halls.
● Do online bookings for venues outside Mumbai.
● Handle room booking and room video recording.
● Book flight and train tickets.
● Send email approvals for flight and stay bookings.
● Ensure all communication is done through email.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
