Hide n Seek Indoor Playground & Café is looking for an energetic, trustworthy, and growth-minded person to join our team.
This position is a mix of customer service, event support, membership promotion, and daily playground operations. We are looking for someone who is not only friendly and active, but also humble, reliable, and willing to learn our business from the ground up.
Our goal is to find a person who can help us grow our memberships, events, group bookings, and customer relationships while also understanding how our store operates day to day. This means the right person should master general staff duties such as front customer service, cleaning, party coaching, and assisting customers on the floor.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a local family entertainment business and become more involved in marketing, sales, events, and operations over time.
Main Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide friendly front desk service
Help explain and promote memberships, promotions, parties, and events
Support birthday parties as a party coach and help families have a great experience
Assist with event planning, setup, hosting, and follow-up
Help create ideas to increase memberships, repeat visits, and group bookings
Build positive relationships with parents, children, schools, daycares, and community groups
Support daily store operations, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a safe play environment
Learn all areas of the business so you can better understand our customers and improve the guest experience
Work with management to improve customer service, sales, and event systems

Preferred Experience
Experience in customer service, sales, events, hospitality, childcare, recreation, or party hosting is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
