What you’ll do
Role & responsibilities
Own end-to-end revenue from luxury hotel master policies across Rajasthan Jaipur, Udaipur and emerging markets
Manage and mentor a team of one Senior Manager (Udaipur) and two Unit Sales Managers (Jaipur); drive their target achievement, pipeline hygiene and capability build.
Personally lead engagement with General Managers, Directors of Sales and Wedding Sales Heads at top-tier luxury hotel chains
Sign and operationalize hotel master policies coordinate with IL underwriting, claims and operations teams to ensure smooth issuance and post-sale service.
Build a named-account pipeline and own monthly forecasting, conversion tracking and revenue reporting to the Head Event Insurance.
Represent ICICI Lombard at hotel industry forums, wedding planner events and association gatherings in Rajasthan.
Drive cross-sell into hotel groups property insurance, employee health, motor for fleet — coordinating with other IL verticals.
4-5 years of B2B sales / key account management experience
Deep relationships and credibility in the luxury hotel ecosystem must have sold into or worked closely with at least 2 of them
Proven team leadership experience managed at least 1-2 direct reports with revenue ownership
Strong North/West India travel readiness Jaipur-based with 4050% travel across Rajasthan
Excellent stakeholder management at GM/Owner level
PREFERRED
Background in hotel industry sales (Director of Sales / Wedding Sales Head from a luxury chain) OR specialty insurance / corporate insurance sales.
Existing network with Rajasthan wedding
Familiarity with event insurance products — cancellation cover, liability, jewellery, destination wedding cover.
MBA / PG in Sales / Hospitality preferred but not mandatory if industry experience is strong.
