Event Account Lead – Texas AM University

Location: Hybrid Remote in College Station, TX | On-site at Texas AM Sports Entertainment Venues

Pay: Starting at $350 per event | Positional Bonus for admin work | Internship credit available (for students)

EATS2SEATS is hiring Event Account Leads at Texas AM University to help run event-day operations at major sports and entertainment events. You’ll lead teams, support venue operations, and ensure guests receive a top-tier experience.

Key Responsibilities

Before the Event:

Collaborate with AM Site Leadership to organize pre-event logistics
Help train and prepare your event-day team
Align with EATS2SEATS managers and venue partners on goals
Ensure inventory and supplies are in place and ready to go
On Event Day:

Lead the on-site team with confidence and clarity
Communicate effectively and solve issues quickly as they arise
Provide real-time coaching and support to your team
Maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment
After the Event:

Lead clean-up, inventory wrap-up, and team check-outs
Submit a quick report on performance and feedback
Offer insights for improving future events

Part-time | Event-based | Mostly weekends and evenings(Internship credit available depending on academic requirements)
