In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of top-notch professionals in a variety of geographic areas and regulatory programs, and to collaborate and learn from our multi-disciplinary team of site/civil, geotechnical, survey, and landscape architect professionals on landmark land development projects
Assist with conducting various types of environmental monitoring (water, air, asbestos, lead) using basic field instruments;
Operate and maintain various remedial systems; such as drills, pumps, electrical equipment;
Assemble and maintain field equipment and systems; inspect equipment and troubleshoot as necessary;
Collect water samples from streams and lakes, raw, semi-processed or processed water, industrial waste water, or water from other sources to assess pollution problem;
Produce timely and detailed service reports; and
Perform other duties as requested

Job Summary

This individual will serve a key function in assisting in environmental field work by collecting field data and samples. Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree in Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or related field preferred;
• Hazwoper Certification, maintenance of annual physical and respirator fit test, annual Hazwoper 8 hr. re-certification, as required;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
• Familiarity with AutoCAD preferred;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Ability to multi-task effectively;
• Excellent analytical and judgment capabilities;
• Ability to work well individually and within groups;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Valid driver’s license in good standing; and
• Ability to travel to various job sites and spend most, if not all of the work day on-site, as-required.
