Role Description
The Entry-Level Accountant will assist with daily accounting tasks to ensure accurate financial records and smooth business operations. This role involves working closely with the accounting team to handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, and general bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

Record and maintain financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reports
Reconcile bank statements and company credit card accounts
Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Assist in preparing documents for audits and tax filings
Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems
Provide general support to the accounting and office management teams
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or in progress)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and handle confidential information responsibly
Prior internship or office experience is a plus but not required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
