Sydney (Office-Based)
Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5:30pm
$55,000 - $60,000 + Super + Uncapped Commission
Realistic Year 1 OTE: $100,000 – $150,000

The Opportunity
As an Account Executive, you'll take ownership of the full sales cycle - from qualifying opportunities through to closing deals and managing client relationships.
You'll work directly with business owners, founders, and senior decision-makers, helping them identify the right exhibition and sponsorship opportunities to achieve their commercial objectives.
This is a consultative, relationship-driven sales role offering genuine career progression into Senior Account Executive, Sales Manager, and Event Director positions.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing the full sales process from qualified lead through to close
Building strong relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and commercial partners
Conducting sales meetings via phone and video with business decision-makers
Understanding client objectives and recommending tailored exhibition packages
Negotiating commercial agreements and closing new business
Managing your sales pipeline and forecasting accurately through CRM
Working closely with marketing and event teams to maximise event success
Maintaining long-term relationships to drive repeat business and account growth
Attending live exhibitions and building relationships with clients face-to-face
What We're Looking For
We're looking for ambitious sales professionals who enjoy building relationships and closing business.
You'll ideally have:
Experience in B2B sales, account management or business development
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence presenting solutions to senior decision-makers
A consultative sales approach
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
A competitive mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
Strong organisational and pipeline management skills
