Training Students in Soft Skills and Communicative English:
We seek an experienced professional to train students in soft skills and communicative English. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs that promote effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
Main Responsibilities
• Lead a High-Performing Team: Direct a team of professionals to achieve project objectives and goals.
• Manage School-Level Operations: Oversee the implementation of projects at assigned schools, ensuring timely submission of reports and monitoring progress.
• Mobilize Communities: Engage with community members to promote their involvement in development initiatives, including regular visits and collaboration with local partners.
• Develop Educational Programs: Design and implement a high-quality educational program focused on holistic student development.
• Monitor Progress: Track, evaluate, and report on project progress, including quarterly and annual assessments.
• Apply Financial Concepts: Understand and apply basic financial concepts to manage project resources effectively.
• Provide Coordination Support: Offer regular coordination support for day-to-day functions, collaborate with school management and teachers, and maintain a database of volunteer activities.
Additional Responsibilities
• Coordinate Volunteer Engagement: Manage volunteers' participation in projects, conducting floor walks as needed to ensure effective volunteer involvement.
