Full job description
Key Responsibilities:

Initiate meaningful conversations with potential students through phone, email, and messaging apps to understand their academic interests and long-term objectives.
Recommend suitable undergraduate and postgraduate programs tailored to individual profiles and career ambitions.
Guide candidates through the entire admissions cycle—right from inquiry to final enrollment and onboarding.
Build authentic relationships by offering thoughtful, need-driven advice and maintaining a high level of empathy and integrity in every interaction.
Maintain structured and timely documentation of all student interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Requirements:

A graduate from any discipline
Possess 6 months to 2 years of experience in student counseling, academic advising, or EdTech sales.
Fluent in English and Hindi with excellent communication and listening skills.
Highly motivated, organized, and results-oriented with a genuine passion for student success.
Comfortable working in a high-performance environment with clear targets and timelines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹2+,000.00 per month
